In order to allow the processing of personal data (Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.2003), the Customer expressly grants permission to We'ar unique s.r.l., Viale Monte Kosica, 111 - 41121 Modena MO to gather and use information for the purposes of carrying out the order and for the fulfilment of legal, fiscal and administrative obligations. The Customer also acknowledges that the data provided shall be entered into the "wearunique.com Customer Database" and cannot be used for particular purposes such as customer satisfaction surveys regarding the quality of the services provided, the advertising and/or sale of promotional products and services, or to send marketing material unless permission is expressly given by customer in this regard. This consent is given (and therefore not tacitly granted) through subscription to specific newsletters for which consent is given for the use of the data for these purposes, without restrictions to the processing of the order. The customer can request information relating to processed and stored data in writing at any time, requesting them to be updated, or modified, and where applicable, deleted or blocked by sending an e-mail to info@wearunique.com
