Why Wearunique?
Wearunique was set up with the desire to offer unique and innovative objects, many of which are produced by international artists using recycled or reused materials, and all with a single common denominator: a strong appeal and a story to tell.
- Is it possible to request more information on a particular product?
Of course. Send your question to info@wearunique.com and we will be more than happy to send you the information you want as quick as we can.
- I'd like to send a gift ? is it possible to add a personalised message?
Yes, by selecting the "Gift Card" option during the purchase step. We will make sure that your personal message is sent with the item.
- I am a young artist/designer and I'd like to put forward some of my pieces for sale. How can I contact you?
We are always looking for new things and young artists to showcase on wearunique.com.

- How are the delivery charges calculated?
The delivery charges are calculated during the purchasing process after you have entered the delivery address. Costs vary depending on the location and destination country. You can find some examples of costs in the Shipping Conditions section.
- How long do I have to wait for my purchases?
Despatch usually takes place within 48h of the order. For orders which are received at the weekend (from Friday evening until Sunday), despatch will be on Monday.
During Italian public holidays, despatch will normally be on the first working day following the holiday.
- The payment with my credit card is not accepted, why?
The gateway used by wearunique for secure payments is Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode certified.
Payment using a Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode card always requires the input of an additional password to provide additional protection for the security of your payment, and to prevent attempted fraud. This password is mandatory, and can be set up through your card issuer.
It may be possible to use your VISA or MasterCard on other gateways without the insertion of the security code if the gateway is not Verified By Visa and Mastercard SecureCode certified.
- Is it possible to pay using Postepay/a pre-paid credit card?
Of course! During the purchase process select the "Payment by credit card" option and insert your card number where requested.
- Can I pay with American Express?
Yes, by using the secure payment system, PayPal. Select the "Pay with PayPal/Credit Card" option on the checkout page, and once you are in the PayPal payment system, click on the "Non hai un conto PayPal?/Don't have a PayPal account?" link. On the new page that opens, select "American Express" and enter your card details.
- Is Paypal accepted as a method of payment?
Yes, with Paypal you can buy from the wearunique.com site without having to use a credit card or bank account.
- I would like to know about new products and special offers. How can I do that?
If you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive our latest news every 15 days. You can take advantage of special offers available only to our subscribers.
- Is it possible to collect the purchased items in person?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your purchases at our warehouse at 20 Viale IV Novembre in Modena.
- I didn't find the answer I was looking for...what can I do?
