Behind the brand stands the designer ina seifart, who lives between Berlin and Milan. She gained many experiences in the various fields of fashion business.
As an esmod graduate, she was first working as a stylist in paris for louis vuitton and the english fashion magazine id. for the paris-based press-office girault totem she was engaged with the fashion shows of veronique branquinho and raf simons. afterwards she set out for berlin, working for the design-team soto stich and tosh accessories, until she launched her own collection 2002 under the label ina.seifart.
The collection created a buzz and became very popular with a big following of fans and friends, so it was not amazing that ina.seifart in 2005 won the award for "best accessories" of the international fashion trade magazine sportswear international.
Since 2007 ina.seifart is represented at the Moma designstore in New York, selling various highlights of her collection within the exhibition destination: Berlin. Shortly after, the renowned Victoria & Albert museum in London took a part of the collection into its selected assortment.
